It employs a continuous foaming process using 80 microns pre-lacquered aluminum foil on either side of PUF / PIR foam of 20mm thickness ( standard size ). The duct sections are fabricated from aluminum profiles and joined by proprietary jointing systems that come with the product.The foam provides insulation while the aluminum lamination and joining systems provide structural strength .
